This is my first post to my blog. A special thanks to lisa82367 from the Alli message board. You gave me a good reason to start my first blog. I am going to work on other blogs for my students as well.
Who knows what all this will bring!
I started Alli on Saturday June 23, 2007 and am already seeing weight loss. I have been on a low fat / calorie diet for quite some time now. I use many of the tools that I've gotten from weight watchers along with the alli program. One problem I am having is the opposite from most folks. I find that I am wayyyy under the recommended fat grams. I actually have to really look through the foods I have bought for myself to get a little fat into my diet. I am sure that as I adjust to this whole program the plan won't be so difficult to follow.
I am hoping to keep a running tab of my weight loss so that I can show off my success.

I just started the pills today - fingers crossed.
Unlike you I consume waaaay too much fat. I haven't started a new diet diary yet but I know from previous attempts I don't even come close to 15 grams. Obviously that has to change to avoid the dreaded TEs. So far, so good.
It's great to find another blogger who is actually trying Alli instead of just writing bad things about the pills. Good luck!
You might try fitday.com. It provides excellent tools to track what you eat .. and to journal .. and track exercises. I use it religiously.
